NOVA is investing heavily into recruiting and testing processes. All members of our team have successfully passed our rigorous multistage testing procedure that is aimed at selecting the best professionals in translation and localization.

Our staff includes:

• In-house and freelance translators, proofreaders and editors, who are native Russian speakers with perfect English. Most of them have advanced degrees in various technical and scientific fields;
• Projects Managers who liaise with the customer, co-ordinate the translation work and assume responsibility for the quality of the finished product and, of course, qualified translators and editors;
• Linguistic team to carefully edit and proofread the translated texts both from technical and stylistic standpoints;
• DTP specialists who successfully support sophisticated formatting tasks both on PC and Macintosh platform.

For projects of a highly specialized nature ? constituting the major part of orders we receive ? we draw on the expertise of translators and editors who, aside from their fluency in the required languages, are educated in the relevant field. This approach allows us to achieve a stylistically sound, finished product with correctly applied professional jargon.
